1. Scope

AIбухгалтер Publishing (the "Service") is an internal automation tool used exclusively by its operator to publish content to their own social media accounts. The Service does not have external users; therefore no third-party personal data is collected.

2. Data Collected

The Service stores the following data locally on a private server, accessible only to the operator:

• OAuth access and refresh tokens for the operator's own social media accounts (TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, Threads);
• Metadata of videos published by the operator (title, description, publish date, resulting URL);
• Aggregated performance statistics (views, likes, comments) returned by platform APIs for the operator's own posts.

3. Data Not Collected

The Service does not collect data about viewers, followers, or any other users of the connected platforms beyond publicly aggregated post-level metrics.

4. Data Sharing

No data is shared with third parties. Tokens and metadata are stored solely for the Service's operation.

5. Data Retention

OAuth tokens are retained until revoked by the operator via the platform's account settings. Post metadata is retained for the lifetime of the Service.

6. Security

Data is stored on a private VPS with restricted SSH access. Tokens are stored in a SQLite database and are not transmitted outside the server.
